Senario:
A project starts which in not notifiable being less than 500 hours or 30 days.
During the project additional works are added which means the whole project will now exceed the notifiable requirements.
Question: Will the project now require a notification to be sent (in retrospect)?
Note: Reg 4 is applied already for non-notifiable projects.

RP - I am 99% sure that you would subsequently need to notify. I am sure that I have read that on the HSE website somewhere, but can I find it?

Thanks for this, I have also seen it written somewhere but could not place my beady eyes upon it again...
So, if the project which was initially not in scope for CDM grows to become in scope, send an F10 in retrospect...

Hi RP.
See paragraph 17 of CDM ACOP.
In effect if you are only just over the threshold not notifiable. If significant change in scope notifiable.
