Posted By Andrew Cartridge In line with the stupidest comment post on Friday, I have just had this serious query as follows: “why are we giving our sub-contractors health & safety alerts?” whilst I was calming down, it was further explained that this query was raised during a discussion with HMRC! After giving them a copy of section 3 HSWA 74 with the relevant areas highlighted the query bit the dust. But beware all of you sub-contractors out there, I shall say no more! Andy

Posted By Steve Cartwright Andrew, I was once told there is no such thing as a stupid question. If you don't ask you won't know.

Posted By Andrew Cartridge Steve, I agree, but look who was asking the original questions & then consider the ramifications. Regards Andy
