Posted By Cliff Davis Working in the construction industry, a number of main contractors operate a daily safe start initiative which amounts to a visual risk assesment of the area to be worked, which the operative ticks hazard identification boxes on a small A6 form. Anybody got a template for such a form as we are looking to buy in to this initiative also.
