Posted By Cliff Davis Luke, the standard itself is the only place to start, your manual should be written with this in mind, in fact, most of the standard you can copy as your manual. Regarding external publications, i assume your company is looking at accreditation to the standard, if so, the company who will do your accreditation should offer at least some advice.
