HI Everyone,
Has anyone got a safe system of work for a tape dispenser?
We have just changed our processes and during this we introduced tape gun to secure cartons closed. I want to measure what we have done and if needed make amendments.

Thanks

Are you after an ergonomic assessment for the use of the tape gun as part of another task?

I can't see the previous replies...been shot by moderator I guess...

I will send you an example where we have included the use of the tape gun within the overall assessment.

What is the significant risk of harm associated with a tape dispenser.

Is an assessment or a SSOW, method statement really required? I don't think so. This is over the top and the 1st two replies had it right.

Is this an enquiry over the exposed blade? If so then ensure you buy the guns that have a trigger-controlled cover on the blade

Guys you need to read my reply carefully before shooting me with the gun..

'included in the task' is the key phrase I think..

This guy is looking for help...Isn't that what we are here for?
