Unfortunately you can only access the document on the NBS/CIS site if you subscribe to the service.
If you don't have access to the subscription online libraries, you can still buy the 1984 regs from www.tsoshop.co.uk - at £6.00.
Or there is always the local library - if they have a central reference library, it might be there. Libraries usually have an online catalogue so you could check on that.

He is very helpful and does a brilliant presentation on gas safety. If anyone has a copy it is likely to be Terry.
