Posted By Crim Is there such a thing as responsibility of care? If so where to find the definition in law?

Posted By Raymond Rapp Never heard of a 'responsibility of care' in any legal context. There is of course a 'duty of care' in law, which is purely contextual. Ray

Posted By Crim Thanks Raymond, somebody has mentioned responsibility of care as a spin off from the duty of care. I haven't heard of it either but just wanted to know if anyone else has?
