Posted By Ucan Hi all I am carrying out a project on "Accidents/Incidents within the UK Industry Sectors", and I would like volunteers to complete a template and send it back to me. The template is for accident/injury stats for the year 2007. Sections Include: Industry Sector Number of Employees Body parts affected Incident Type Incident Category Injured Party Cause of Injury Treatment Received Total Incidents Total Hours Worked Total Days Lost Incident Frequency rate (Calculation already done for you) Severity Rate (Calculation already done for you) Fatalities Number of females injured Number of males injured RIDDORs Please drop me an email and I will send the template out to you.
