Posted By ChrisinMalta Dear all, I'm about to begin a survey amongst 500-1000 electricians to find out how aware they are of asbestos hazards. Does anyone know of a ready-made survey tool (questionnaire) that I can use to do this, albeit with some adaptation. Many thanks. Chris
