Hi All I am seeking a pro forma contract/agreement for sub contracting HSE work. The scenario is that the the insurance company is going to embrace the main consultant and the small number of subconsultants but they want to see an actual contracts in place. I tried IOSH but with no success. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards Lee

get in touch with a specialist contract lawyer - as its just the same as one builder subbing to another and this is a new one on me?

Perhaps I have made the whole scenario unclear- apologies if I have. I am merely seeking a contract of appointment (rather than employment)-I would imagine consultants do this on a regular basis when workloads become larger than they can deal with. To be completely honest it is a mere insurance formality- they have no issues with us having our independent consultants under our insurance whilst conducting work on our behalf, it is just to show that there is a formal contract in place.
