I have a bit of a dilema and hoped somebody could offer advice if they have come across similar. I need to access a blind motor to conduct a repair. The issues are as follows: 1. Below the motor there is an opening in the 1st floor 5.7m x 5.3m 2. The motor is at 16.77m from ground floor (through the first floor opening) 3. There is a glass wall running very close to the opening edge at Ground level, restricting the ability to get outriggers out on a tower scaffold. (I think the base size would have to be large to get that sort of height.) 4. To get to the area there are a set of 8 external steps to encounter and then a succession of doors and a security access control. Narrowist point is 1m wide, making it tricky to get plant in. I have looked at towers and access equipment such as booms and scissor lifts but everything i suggests seems to have an obstacle. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. If i have not explained myself very clearly ask any questions and hopefully i can clarify.
