Hi, My company is about to install some air conditioning units and shower facilities and I was keen to find out what other companies undertake in the way of monitoring etc?

Bremner - it really depends on the sort of air con units you have. Some will need no monitoring at all. Have a look at HSE website and download a free copy of L8, which is the ACoP that deals with L.
