With deep shame i have just scoured the company health and safety policy for a tower scaffold register and discovered we don't have one!! Does anyone kindly have a template or any information where to obtain one. Thankyou in anticipation. Steve

Risky Go to HSE site put in Tower Crane Register,then download the free publication. It may start on the 6th April as there are still problems. Ta Alex

A tower scaffold register is just a piece of paper/spreadsheet/databasewith the identity/location/ make/model of your tower scaffold. This would then tie in with your inspection scheme which you would keep copies of inspection checklists and scafftags etc which there is a requirement to keep for a specified time - off the top of my head I believe it is 3 months but don't quoute me on that it's in the Work at Height Regs You may also want to keep copies of audits/audit reports along with this as well, and possible a list of your inspectors. Hope this helps.
