Morning,
I would be interested, if someone could give me rough idea what has to be included in induction training for new employees, as I'm trying to implement this in our place just now. Any help is much appreciated, many thanks Jacob

Jacob
depends on what the risks in the place are but try,
Organizantion responsabilities (whos Who)
location of welfare facilities
Emergancy plans/ routes
who/ how to contact in emergancy
muster points
out of bounds areas
high risk areas
risk assessmnets, method statements
house keeping
traffic management plans pedestrian walk routes
what their legal duties are (7/8)
what is applicable to your organization and work place, what would you want to know if you first walked in the place would be a good idea where to start

The following site has useful info [and it deals with the non-H&S 'stuff' that you could/should include in an induction training session
