If you go to the NEBOSH website http://www.nebosh.org.uk...lt.asp?cref=136&ct=2 and follow the related links you can download past papers for free. You will need to register and you will receive an email with a link to download.

I think I've a copy of some old papers as I recently did the NEBOSH, I'll check tomorrow morning and maybe email them to you?

Careful Jamal, past papers are normally subject to copyright restrictions. Read up about UK Copyright here before you take such action: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/copy.htm Jon

Another idea would be to contact nebosh training providers and ask if they be able to help. These institutions give out past papers to groups doing their nebosh course.

Apologies for being so blunt, but if your pal failed, does that not mean that he is not knowledgeable enough and needs to revise more and read more into Health & Safety, past papers will merely give him information as to what was previously asked at examinations, not what he needs to know for his particular exams.

Hi Rick It could be down to lack of support from the training provider or just lack of experience of completing NEBOSH Exams, which as you know are tricky in the best of times. Past papers are useful for approaching NEBOSH exams as what I used to do was get as many past papers as possible for each exam, look at what the examiners were looking for and then planned my response to each question. If the question came up I was in business - I played the percentage shot so to speak. This approach worked for me - as I became very efficient in passing exams, but might not work for others. It is tough doing these exams even more so off your own back - perhaps there should have been more support from their individual tutor on where they are going wrong.
