Dear all, At the moment I’m writing a Construction Phase Health and safety Plan. One of the sections the client would like to see in it is a Materials Management Plan. Now I’ve never written one of these before and I’m not sure of the layout, I have got a copy of the version issued by CL:AIRE but I’m wondering if it’s a little over complicated? So to encourage my laziness, has anyone out there got a better template? Thanks in advance Murray

M Materials come in e.g. bricks; they are made secure, not wasted, you ensure that they are the right kind and that there are enough for the job in hand, you use 'buy back' and JIT systems if poss. bricks are not allowed to be stolen. Amounts are used as needed only e.g. signed out of the store and so on
