Depends on what type of asbestos it is to be honest. Decadex, ET150 or Firecheck are all suitable encapsulant paints which can be combined with a variety of cloths or mats for added reinforcement.
More detail=more detailed response ;-)

Give more detail on what and where etc. as this will have a bearing on what should be used as an encapsulant.

Dear Collegues Apology for late response; There are guys who drilled cement containing asbestos, work already completed, but now I want them to seal the holes with a sealant so as to be sure that there will be almost no airborne particles after completion of the work. Is this possible or what should be the practice? I know there should be a sealant but what should be the constituent elements of this sealant?? No commercial product names plz.

If they are just drill holes you can seal them with any normal mastic or filler you choose. Even tape would do the job, it all depends on your assessment of the risk of fibre release and future exposure.
What's wrong with the product names?

Sorry for being nosey but why were they required to drill asbestos cement. How was the drilling of an ACM justified? As Chris99 says any mastic or filler could be used. You might want to consider the likelihood of ingress of moisture/ weather if the cement is in an external location and ensure the sealing material is impervious and physically robust. Gerry

Hi all Being nosey is not a problem as long as you are being polite and helpful the fact is that the owner of the building did not know that during construction the contractor used ACM in cement. Only now after laboratory confirmation it is confirmed that asbestos has been present in the cement, and it has come to my knowledge that there have been some holes drilled here and there during partitioning as such I do not want to leave these holes unprotected. Chris I do refrain from using product name as it may be considered as an advertising for XYZ Company, otherwise there is nothing bad in it. Anyway thanks guys.
