I've being asked to provide some H&S KPI's for our work forced who carry out responsive maintenance in domestic properties.
There are one or two obvious ones such as accident figures, carrying out TBTs but I am wondering if any one else has carried out this type of work and share the KPI's identified.
Many Thanks inadvance

Other proactive measurements could include,

• Percent of staff completing full health and safety induction programme before beginning off-site work
• Percent of staff with up-to-date health and safety training records
• Percent of task risk assessments reviewed within last 12 months

In addition, you could do spot checks on the workforce. Turn up on-site unannounced and identifying health and safety failings. You could report on the percentage of spot-checks where failings were identified?

You could benchmark the annual number of health and safety training days your workforce complete, with other same sector companies. You could report your position against your peers?
