Ladies and Gents Can anyone point me in the right direction to obtain a poster of duty holders responsiblities (and what they are not responsible for). I came across one knocking about the net but cannot locate it. Thanks

Although not in the form of a flow chart, you can get industry guidance on roles under CDM from the construction skills website. There are downloadable PDF format, including client, principal contractor, etc guidance. Hope that is some help.

Hi Bruce, Studying CDM for mod c exam in july,it can be a bit of a minefield i think. I find it easy to remember that the client now has overall responsibility for the whole project, Pre construction plan,health and safety plan been in place before construction starts,welfare facilities, COMPETENT Principal contractors and coordinators etc, TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY for the project
