Forum members, The RRFSO 2006: the parents of young persons should be informed of fire safety precautions. How young is young 14, 15 16 ????? Thanks Paul.

A young person is anyone under eighteen years of age. GC

As GC states: A young person is anyone under the age of 18 years And a child is anyone who is not over the compulsory school leaving age, (just before or just after their 16th birthday (minimum school leaving age (MSLA)).
