Can anyone recommend a basic Manual Handling DVD for a presentation to Office workers? I have had a look at the HSE Website but the DVD they advertise looks a bit 'cartoony'. I am after something that lasts about 10 minutes and is not too expensive. Cheers. Decimo.

Hi Try getting hold of a copy of Childs Play - the office. It is based on young children carrying out manual handling tasks and showing that when you are young you tend to do it correctly but it is as you get older you get into the bad habits. Sally

Vocam have a good manual handling DVD specifically for office staff. Although it's a little longer than you wanted - about 20 minutes. Caitlin

Childs play in the office is good as is the HSE's Napo - Lighten the load. The Napo one is cartoony - but it works well as part of an overall training programme. It has 1/2 doz small clips - which can be used in isolation. It works well for a mixed race work force as there is no speach on it
