I have a project that I am loking to undertake, which involves the replacement of some very large display screens. The work is a mixture of lifting operations, cabling, electrical installation, and steelwork, togther with network intsallations. The work will fall squarely within the timescales and man hours for notification nder a F10, but is this a notifiable project, my feeling is that it is. Can anyone confirm this?

Darren I would say yes to the F10 notification with regards to the work you have described

I think you have answered this yourself. The project meets the requirements for notification, so notify.
