Can anyone point me to sources of authoritative information on legal requirements for occupational health and safety in countries other than the UK?

I want to be able to ensure that a proposed global Policy and associated internal company risk control standards will meet or exceed requirements in all the countries where the company operates.

I have a bit of experience, and unless you company has the funds to buy a service, or you can get you broker to assist, it is difficult; ILO has listing of the different regs, but it is only a list, then you need to find them, and convert to english in most cases. Go to http://www.ilo.org/safework/
