RoSPA used to run the Qsa quality safety audit course (1999), as I remember it was a 1 week course then we had to go back to our organisations complete an audit and submit a report for RoSPA's approval to pass. It was an excellent course, quite expensive, but detailed audit question sets in two volumes were provided, it followed HSG65.
