Hi, I am looking for a comprehensive guide to H&S law and environmental law that can be used as a reference guide. I have seen one a while ago that was in loose leaf binder format which was updated annually or bi-annually..can't remember where I saw it or who published it ?????????? any help please

Croner do a H&S and an Environmental loose leaf...

also note that C and others who produce such fine documents do not produce all that you need to know in 1 or 2 publications! There are many publications that you ned if you are to haev all the info you need and keeping it up to date by yourself is a full time task

I had Croners 12 years ago. The updates were delivered monthly and filled a tray on my desk because I never found the time to update my files with them

Why would you want loads of leather bound files on display in your office that you have to maintain every month by removing and adding pages.

Use the modern online systems that Croner or Barbour provide.

Croner and the rest are a filing nightmare and don't come cheap. Now that the HSE have published their ACoPs free you can easily find the information you need. Personally I also keep an eye on the trade press (SHP, Safety Management) and make note of any cases where we could have similar situations.
