hi all
at present i am struggling to put together a prcurement policy for the purchasing of equipment, workshop laithes, circular saws in a small workshop.
also i am in the processs of updating any existing equipment may need to break the locks off cupboards who knows what i may unearth.
i would also like to include within the policy purchasing of hand tools from reputable suppliers than conform with the relevant standards
could anyone please share a sample of what they might have so i can at least make a start?
