I'm being made redundant at the end of May, so I'm seeking my next role within the Health and Safety sector. I have over fourteen years experience as a Transport Engineer, my extensive Health & Safety experience has come from working for a major waste management company based on many public utility sites, requiring that I produce efficient and accurate risk assessments before the commencement of any work. Furthermore I have provided Health & Safety Audits of operational sites, safety inspections of vehicles & plant ensuring that they are maintained in accordance with the requirements of PUWER / VOSA, with the added benefit of being an engineer (Diploma in Engineering) I can advise on the best way to rectify operational problems. I have presented training to drivers of fuel tankers, on the health and safety concerns relating to the carriage of dangerous goods, I am qualified as a Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser, all classes by road and I hold a NEBOSH National General Certificate in occupational health and safety.
