On the Step Change in Safety website there have been a lot of posters clammering for a copy of the Courage for Safety DVD. Now the site has posted a link to the AVI file. For those of you who have not seen it; it is a video of a presentation by Alan Sim of Woodside, Australia speaking passionately about the need to report incidents. It lasts about 10 minutes though the AVI is actually 8 minutes, the rest being a second version of the powerpoint. Actually the AVI shows as 18 minutes...but the talk is about 10
