Hi guys i'm after some help. I have just started working for a new company in the waste industry (biological hazard) and one of the things i have asked to look into is occupational health checks. I've looked on the HSE's website without much luck, so I thought I would ask the question here. Here goes.
Is there a legal requirements for the length of time between occupational health checks?
Thanks

Hi Darth,
Check out COSHH
Regulation 11, Para 5
