Can anyone please give me an account of what information would be included in a good quality monthly clients report on a construction project, with the particular emphasis on accident/incident rates for the month, for example if you have only about 60 wokers on site and just 1 non reportable accident within the past month. any help would be appreciated, and if anyone could send a sample/template, great!!

Periodical reports may differ from one client to another, however there are some basics that are likely to be in most reports. For instance, LTIs, RIDDORS, environmental incidents, near misses, safe working hours, h&s inspections, audits, tool box talks carried out, method statement briefings, safety alerts briefed and so on.
