I work in Qatar and have been asked if I can source a protective skull cap suitable to be worn under a turban. Does any member have any experience or information on this please?

The nearest product I can think of is a 'bump cap' which is a re-inforced baseball cap intended to protect the wearer from bumping his head, not falling objects. The problem I can see you having is with no capacity for a peak.

Sikhs will have hair coiled under their Turban. Skull-cap is a non-starter there.
