Hi,

Just logged on and saw something about the new machinery regulatios, is that NEW as in brand new machines or is it new as in new regulation?

New Eu Directive as of 1st January 2010 relating to new or existing machinery put into use within the European Economic Area after that date or to substantially modified machinery already in use within the EEA after that date.

Are we talkiing Directive 2006/42/EC here? Many sites have this as 29th Dec 2009 date effective?
