Without wanting to appear facetious - whatever your employer wants to pay/give you! There have been many threads on this subject so maybe a search on the forums will tell you what others think. A lot depends upon the industry/environment that you work in, local supply and demand for H&S professionals, and the current jobs climate (there appears to me to be little movement as people are 'battening down the hatches ' and not looking elsewhere - unless they are forced too!) maybe you could have a look on the various employment websites for some idea as to what the going rates are? Are you looking for supporting information to prepare for salary review/appraisal etc? Regards, Stu

Very hard to answer as factors such as where (geographically) you are working and any additional duties you have (e.g. environmental protection, quality, security) will have quite an effect on rate of pay.
As stuie suggests, try looking at job websites and see what a job similar to yours (or requiring the same qualifications) is offering.
