No, found this though: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/wales/2822441.stm There was a 2003 prosecution of Care Home for Eldery: Care home and director fined for breaching safety laws. Whitefields Care Homes Ltd fined £10,000 + £5,569 costs and director Mr B Bhagani fined £7,500 + £15,000 costs. A resident sustained burns from a hot radiator. Later contracted a wound infection and died. HSE Press Release E072:03 2/5/03.

http://www.hastam.co.uk/...ntries-searchresults.php will give you Whitefields (well spotted Ron) and a couple more. Only one involving a child which I could find is an inquest report rather than a prosecution: http://www.hastam.co.uk/...ntries-searchresults.php Not exactly what you are looking for, closest that I could find.
