Wondering if anyone has had to react to claims of Legionella in domestic hot water systems. I say claims, but it has been identified in one of our properties (homes) and I've identified it as a design failing. Possibility is that this could be replicated across many more homes (potentially hundreds). I think we're adopting the right methodology to deal with (albeit senior people want to go overboard), but interested in the benefit of anyone elses experience in such a situation.
