Just gauging opinion here; the HSE have a well-recognisable logo for COSHH. It's been around for some time and has undoubtedly promoted the requirements of the Legislation and the associated ACoP and guidance.
My question is why hasn't this practice been rolled out to cover other Legislation in the same way? There are no consistent logos/branding for the Management Regs, Noise, DSE, LOLER, Manual Handling, WAH, Vibration, etc.
What do you think - would it be a good idea to give a easily-recognised identity to each of the Regulations that could assist in more Employers becoming aware of each set of requirements?

OK, I'll dip my toe.
Can't see much value, really, Martin. Not even sure the COSHH logo does anything.
I guess the reason the HSE didn't go the whole hog is the expense in creating and maintaining them.
'Civil claims', 'prosecutions' and 'insurance' seem to convey their message without logos.
