I'm looking to review our guidelines on Risk Assessment and supporting material used in the communication of the process. It would be interesting to see what others are doing particularly the material and method used in ensuring those that require the knowledge understand. It would be easy to employ a third-party to package and deliver but the preference would be to self deliver a package relative to the organisation and business risks. Any information you feel may be supportive in offering direction from the experiences you have had that has worked for you or you felt could have been done better would greatly be appreciated. I realise that the subject of risk assessment is important but would like to develop a package of illustration, instruction with a touch of fun.

Who is your intended audience? Managers/Directors; the Risk Assessors themselves; or employees and their representatives?
