i am trying to have a full risk assessment of our Port operations and wondering if any one has done it before?

I've audited a few port operators and in the UK, most use the Port Marine Safety Code as a starting point.

Risks will vary from port to port so some more information on the nature of your work, location and extent of responsibilities would help.
