Not a very helpful reply Chris. Thank you for your reply Stephen. The only reference that I could find in the document is a one liner referring to the common areas of park homes. The site in question is a residential Park and the local authority are after a fire risk assessment. My query about a template/example was so that we do not miss anything (or include unecessary documents). Cheers

Ever tried the "which colour would you like it in Sir?" approach? Ask the authority what their preferred format is perhaps?

I have returned your pm with some of my thoughts. My earlier reply was because lots of H&S people ask for similar information, templates, and to me that points toward a shortfall in competence.
