Is anyone else having this problem? Every time I try to visit the forum I get the message that the system is down for maintenance. To get to the forum I have to via a roundabout route. The same problem occurred a few weeks ago but seemed to be sorted. Now it is back again. I have emailed IOSH but as yet I have not had any reply....maybe my emails are not getting through!

Yes Shaun - I am. Also logging on at front page then being logged out on the forums page - took a bit of navigating to get to here same as yourself. Why persevere to get here? Because I dont believe that IOSH are taking this matter seriously. I have e mailed IOSH about the problem but no reply and it has been ongoing for a while and I am considering my future as a member. The website is not dependable now - I refrain from posting as a few times I would have wanted to follow up on posts, I have been unable to. So why stay here? Over to you IOSH David H

As far as I was Aware you don't need to be a member to use the forums in the first place (except the members section) if it's only the benefit of the forums as to why you are paying then don't as the forums are freely accessible to non members. Phil

I'd like to address both Shaun and David's posts here if I may. Shaun, you and I have spoken twice by telephone and I've been keeping you up to date with progress on this since my first email to you on 25 June. I'm sorry that it took 2 working days to reply to your last email, I always endeavour to respond to emails on the same day if I can but sometimes this isn't possible. As you know I have logged this problem with our technical team but you've always had the option for me to register you again which I'm sure will solve the problem - please reply to my last email to confirm you're happy for me to try this. David, the problem you seem to be having is different to Shaun's, I've had a quick look in our membership database and I think we simply need to synchronise your details in our database to solve the problem. I can't find any emails from you in the webteam mailbox so please send any further correspondence to webteam@iosh.co.uk or telephone me directly on 0116 2573144. Kind regards Maxine
