For an employment agency to supply a HSE Manager to a company then if a LTI occurs for that employment agency to be deducted money is surely Illegal. This I old love to know.

Andrew,
I would presume that it depends on the terms and conditions of the contract between the client and the employment agency.

I’d need a bit of clarity to answer this.
Firstly has the employment agency a recruitment agency?
Next is the client employing the HSE person via the agency or employing them on a rate via the agency?
Next is the HSE person receiving the deduction from wages or the agency as part of a contractual agreement?
It’s not very clear from the post, so unable to give a direct answer at this moment in time.

Morally wrong but without more information I am at a loss like the others. However, I would love to see the contract!

Andrew, you have my email and I trust RayRapp implicitly. I would respectfully suggest that if you have an electronic version of the contract that you would email it to one or both of us. I'm sure if you pm Ray, he'll give you his email.
