Hi, can anyone give me any advice on how a CDMC would base their rates for providing CDMC duties through a construction project? thanks David

Based upon the last survey undertaken by the APS for average CDM-C rates.

David, Generally - a % based on the overall construction cost of the project. What that % specifically is will depend on size, time and overall complexity of the project. Luke
