Has anyone any experience on this subject or any possible advice on where to start? Better to contact via email.
Looking at:
Wrong drugs precribed.
Conflicting / inappropriate advice.
Sent home from hospital with wrong drugs / overdose.
Relationship breakdown due to above.
Loss of home due to above.
Added stress to carer and patient and loss of work-time for patient.
Continued stress
Quite complex and not in my field - any help appreciated.
Cheers

Gc, I suggest that your most appropriate action will depend on whether you are looking at this from a defence or claimant's angle.
If defending then your insurers should be your first port of call.
If seeking to claim for negligence then any of the major national solicitors will have medical negligence specialists who will probably work on a conditional fee arrangement and give a free initial opinion on whether there is a case to answer.
Good luck.
PS used the spell checker for the first time and it found two errors that I'd missed!
