Does anybody have any recommendations/contacts for a dvd that covers the dangers of forklift trucks? I am not looking for a training dvd specifically designed for the correct use of forklift trucks, I am more interested in the resulting accidents caused by incorrect use of forklift trucks, the human factors and consequences etc.Many thanks

There are plenty of videos on YouTube relating to FLT incidents, might be worth looking there too?

Including the Klaus forklift truck it's in German (?) but this one has English Dub but still very good but a bit gross in parts and funny at the same time. also have a search for forklift accident as there are loads with security footage showing forklift accidents.

Many thanks for your help.The Klaus video is a "Classic" and I intend to use the videos as recommended along with other materials I have put together.

Just an aside, it is Forklift Safety Week later this month and there are some useful free downloads available - videos, poster, checklists etc from the FLTA.
