Could someone please advise the procedure for enquiring as to wheither i have enough experience to gain Tech status Have Nebosh Gen cert (Dist) Fire Cert (Dist) instructor in 3 disciplins and confined spaces supervisor cert however only got 2 years in to date but very proactive and religously completes CPD Thank you for any response Paul Diploma Student

Paul T, Part of the criteria is five years experience in health and safety for Tech IOSH but remember that health and safety is very diverse. Anything that you have been doing to promote health and safety is considered (e.g. training, safe systems of work, etc.) so don't under sell yourself. The membership department are very helpful in this, they certainly helped me. Best of luck
