Saifakbar, are you asking about the format of sub-contractor procurement i.e. some form of procurement schedule for vetting them? Also, are you based in the UK?

I am based in Saudi Arabia; we have no concept for the procurement process here. I need simple guidance, what need to be consider before allowing contractor to starting the job in the work premises.

I suggest a good starting point is a contractor policy or procedure. This document should detail the selection process, how you will manage them on site, what information will be provided to contractors and so on. Check out the HSE website, I'm sure there will be lots of information on there. http://www.hse.gov.uk/
