I am currently putting together a presentation on Managing Subcontractors. I have got some good info to use already but looking for some further info to add into the presentation. Any suggestions on where I could find such information? Cheers

Thanks Markdm, yes have seen that publication as well as other pieces of info. Just wondered if there was anything else that may have been of use.

I'm hoping I'm not stating the obvious by suggesting L144. Especially since you're in construction. What about your company's own procedures?

A piece on Constructionline, SSIP, CHAS Exxor etc.? What about other industry initiatives such as Considerate Constructors Scheme? Any other CITB angles you'd want to buy into such as CSCS.
