Does any one recall seeing an advert in SHP several months ago for a glove that had a small HAV's accelerometer fitted in it? I would like the name of the company that supplies them to obtain more information. Has any one out there trialled/used these gloves and willing to give some feedback on their performance? Any help/information would be most welcome. Thank you all Adrian

That would be interesting, as i am drawing up plans for HAV measuring and controls at my workplace. I have a couple of the HAVI things, but the guys will probably break them, at least the gloves can be just slipped on. Does anyone have a link to the SHP article or copmaony offering the gloves?

Also look at the HAVmeter from Reactec Vibration Solutions (if you have not done so already). It is a good system to not only measure exposure for use of one tool but also keeps a running for all tools used in day. Have a look at there website, you can download info etc..
