Hi,
Has anyone there started to form a policy on the use of Boris bikes in connection with work?

Unless you are going to provide Boris bikes (or more correctly Ken Bikes as the concept was thought up during his Mayorality) as a means of getting your personnel around I am not sure that you need one.
If you did you would need to think about PPE issues, hats etc, can you use them in poor weather, what happens in the event of an accident?

I guess another question do you have a policy for people walking or driving in connection with work if you do then yes. You would need to having something in place as you have already set a precedence for walking and cars so it would be odd not to cover cycling or more specifically Boris bikes.
If you don't have a policy for walking or cars then why would you need one for Boris Bikes do they pose a greater risk or issue than travelling by car or walking in connection with work?
