Rank: Forum user		Hi all I know this should probably go on the study forum but I'm looking for some info on the history of DSE in the work place for my Level 6 diploma. I've done a net search but there's not much there. any tips would be welcome kind regards

How about contacting the Institute of Ergomonists (or whatever their professional body is called).

Rank: Super forum user		For historical persepective on DSE (the equipment, as opposed to statute) try some alternative web searches. "History of the computer keyboard" points to some interesting sites.

Rank: Guest		Some of the EC machinations prior to the Directive would be interesting, too, though I wouldn't know where to find them on t'interweb. Some political pressures which weren't always based on the risks. Perhaps a FOI request to HSE?
